Welcome to the next Collectorcast level.

Gladiator:

You didn't title this episode Space Whales?  Huh

How to greet in German:

"Guten Morgen!" -- Good morning!

It is usually used until about noon. In some areas of Germany, it is only said until 10 a.m.

"Guten Tag!" -- Good day!

This phrase is usually said between the hours of noon and 6 p.m.

"Guten Abend." -- Good evening.

This greeting is usually used after 6 p.m

Thanks for another episode!

Stephen Kick: “The thing about classic games was that they were the first for an entire generation. Successive works are going to be important to individuals and even to groups, but never to a whole generation in the same way.”

@Bil Try Two Dudes and a NES podcast.  They do a different NES game each podcast.  I love it!

You know, I thought about that after hearing the podcast and the reason I go back and forth is because he was born December 27th and I was born January 28th. I am 12 years and 11 months older. So, it depends on if I am rounding up. Wink

4 player game for me was Goldeneye...if I can count that.  That came out when I was in college so it is not exactly my childhood but we would play that like crazy!  We would create tournaments for that game.  Now from my childhood?  I know Secret of Mana was only 3 player max but this is memorable because I would play with my mom.  Another one was Bomberman for the SNES.  We would play 4 player like crazy on that.  NBA Jam was another good one.

Hey, it's close enough where you could go either way. My two kids are actually 2 days away from being exactly 2 years apart.  Wasn't planned.  A couple of early kids. Smiley

Some of my favorite CO-OP title:

Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 2 - PS2
Double Dragon II - NES
Hyrule Warriors - Wii U
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - ARC
Giga Wing - DC
Ikaruga - GCN
Diablo - PC
Mario Tennis - GCN
Gaurdian Heroes - Sat
Cadash - TG16
Twisted Metal 2 - PS
Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles - Wii
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed - Wii U
Super Mario World - SNES
Donkey Kong Country - SNES
Kirby's Return to Dreamland - Wii

Not at all co-op, but I've been playing Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne and Shovel Knight co-operatively with friends and family recently and it is so satisfying. And I can't count the number of times I've played through a Mega Man game by passing the controller off after each Master Robot that I totally count those games as co-op.

Guardian Heroes almost made my list, but I didn't want to use a 2nd Saturn game. I picked Galactic Attack (Layer Section) instead because well.... I had to put a shmup in there and it is a great one.
