The cost is high... but if it's coming directly from Nintendo at least the hardware should be solid... not something very commonly found in these retro systems. I also agree with @Fleebitten regarding modern TVs. These games didn't just play well, but looked great on our tiny analog TVs. You know, how pixels weren't all that square 'n' sharp back then.

I've heard rumors that this is a stripped down Wii with HDMI out. It will be interesting to see if this is true.
