Need a New Country added

I am helping my friend get on the site but we cant add some of his games because they are the Scandinavian only releases can we add Scandinavia as a country option?

There is no such thing as a "Scandinavian" flag. Sometimes, you'll see an image with the 4 country flags mixed, but it's not an official flag.
Just specify Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden for SCN, or any combination of those (graphics or language) that appear on the packaging.

That's because there is no such thing. That's like stating we should have Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). It's a region, but there's nothing specific to the region like a Rating System, Display Format, or even region-specific hardware, and a large number of releases are imported from the UK.
