Even though it is a small set it took me a long time to get a copy of all 94 North American released games. Just a few still missing manuals that I would like to upgrade to CIC copies.

Game Room is nearly setup so I'm excited to dive right into the library and enjoy the fruits of years of collecting Turbografx 16!!

Since I can't afford Turbo stuff I just broke down and started emulating it.

The hunt to get a working Turbo CD emulator set up was the most hardcore thing I've ever done with emulation, but I have a setup that works. Might start streaming some LORDS OF THUNDER soon.

If you're willing to go HU-Card only the library is actually pretty affordable in comparison to a lot of other systems (Magical Chase being the exception). Not many games are over $100 USD and Magical Chase is the only one in the 4 digits. Game can just be a pain to track down. Lords of Thunder is amazing though. Excited to hear your thoughts.

Another benefit to card-only is that you only need one binder and some trading card pages to store them neatly.  If I wasn't going for fully CIB I'd be doing that myself Tongue

So awesome that you've amassed them all.  And I sit in wonderment that there are only 94 original TurboChip releases during the system's initial run.  That seems so small...

I'm with you, SirPsycho, I have a TG-16 and a handful of card-based games, but as much of a cheapskate as I am, it's hard to justify $35 for Final Lap card-only, and other such nonsense I sometimes see in the wild, so until I can source some good games a little cheaper, I'm going to stick with emulation for my Turbo fix.  I have a Raspberry Pi setup coming, and I'm excited to play with that.  It will be nice to finally play Valis II on TV (instead of a PC screen), since I actually own that CIB.  But I do hope to track down some of the rest of the library, including all the good TurboChip shmups.  Having said that, I know AeroBlasters will probably be a chore to find, in addition to the aforementioned Magical Chase.  I might opt for a repro on that one.
