Introducing Shoot the Core-cast! This is the official companion podcast to the RF Generation Shmup Club. MetalFRO and Addicted talk about the games we're playing each month in the club, and take a deep dive into each game we cover. We'll be discussing our thoughts on each shooter, plus sharing feedback from the forums, talking strategies, high scores, and for older games, discussing their legacy and influence on the genre. The first 2 episodes are up and ready to fill your earholes! Episode 01 covers the original R-Type, with a variety of ports and conversions, and we discuss several of them that we played during the course of the month.
