It looks like the roof just barely hit the truck, so it most likely didn't crush the entire cab. I showed that video to my dad and he said my grandpa did the same thing with a trailer but it was at fast food place and it didn't knock the roof over.

Hey, you're right! Cheesy

The ones where the cameraman falls in the water are definitely not fake though. I don't think that show has a such a huge budget that they can ruin expensive cameras just to have a blooper.
