NY style cheesecake. Hey, I just biked six miles! This brings... balance?

You want balance, try this on for size:

I hiked 11 miles with a 1200-foot elevation change on Monday, and had half a Taco Bravo super nachos for dinner that night.

They usually put on much more shredded cheese than what you see here.

You're really livin' up to your moniker, aren't ya.  Tongue

BTW if you ever find yourself in south San Jose, Campbell, or Fremont, I urge ya to give Taco Bravo a go.

Anyway, enough plugging. Now, check this out: For dessert, I'm having a banana...

...covered in banana-flavored peanut butter.

Specifically, this banana-flavored peanut butter.

'Cuz, apparently, the peanut butter isn't banana-ey enough by itself.

Or is it that the banana isn't peanut buttery enough by itself?

A deep philosophical dilemma if ever there was one...

^ I've eaten peanut butter and banana sandwiches before. But to combine the two into a jar of peanut butter would be great. Elvis Presley would be proud.

I do love me some PB 'n' 'nana sandwiches. Mix the PB with some Caro syrup, deeelish. 'Bout a million calories, but so tasty.

Will try that, I have a weird taste in foods and just like to mix random foods together.

As for me, I'm devouring three 7-Eleven Go-Go Taquito's, taco and cheese.of course,
