Petrol is up to 104.9ppl, or $8.37 per US gallon. Super unleaded, depending on where you go is up to 124.9ppl, or $9.97 per US gallon. Diesel is around 107.9ppl. I read some freight unions were going to blockade the fuel depots tomorrow.

Good job I don't pay for petrol.

The governtment has failed epically at keeping fuel prices down. I should tell my parents, "Don't complain about $3.15 a gallon prices, in the UK, its 9 bucks!"

God our society sucks...

Am I the only one who sees the flaws in your logic?  Not to mention Europe and the US being in a totally different situation when it comes to oil.

Wow. I actually had a good day at work. It was a rugby match today so less people, no more than 5,000, and they were more friendly. But there were only two of us working on the bar in our section. The team leader was a nice girl I've worked with before who was only made team leader today because the real one was sick and this one got there first. Yesterday we wasted 5 1/2 buckets of beer because of the douche of a team leader, which is an awful lot. Perhaps a whole barrel. Today we wasted 1/4 of a bucket - mainly from testing the pumps were working.

Anyway, I got on well with this girl and she could actually do the job well unlike a lot of the mongs who work there. (Before you ask, no, I didn't) The crowd were overall very nice and shared a joke every now and then. That's the first time I've come home from there in a good mood. I also got a few free pies because there were some left over.
