That must be a nice feeling, having an NES cart work on the first shot Tongue

I cant even describe how awesome it is. Not once in my life have I had a NES that was 100% reliable. I feel like im just discovering this awesome new system or something!!

Nice job!!  I have a bunch of NES' I want to do that to but haven't gotten around to it.  I am a bit afraid the connector will be a piece of crap and just make it worse.  Where did you get the one you put in?

I ordered a couple of Pin Connectors off of nintendorepairshop.com along with some of their cleaning paste and Gamebits as per NES_Rules's recommendation. Seemed like good prices for everything, especially shipping, and so far I'm really impressed with all the stuff I got.

Passed 800 unique games when I was unpacking a few boxes here in Portland and found a couple of games that I hadn't cataloged. Dipped back under 800 games when I realized that I had gotten rid of a couple of games that were still added to my collection :/ Sitting at 798 right now (and closing in on 900 total). Good chance I will pass both milestones this week when I hunt for new pawns/shops in Portland.

Hit 20 SNES games today. Smiley

Also passed 50 PS2 games a month or two ago, but I forgot to post about it.
