I'm trying to sign in and I can't seem to find the underscore " _ " anywhere. Is there such a thing or am I s.o.l.? I'm asking because I'm leaving for 5 to 6 months and I will not have a computer where I'm going and would like to check the message boards here and there. Thank you for any help.

I don't want to change my user name by the way.  Smiley

Are you talking about a cell phone?  If so, the way I get an '_' on mine is through the menu.   When I am in a place where I can enter text, the menu that comes up has a "SYMBOL" option in it, which I can then use to put in the '_'.  It's a pain, but that's how I got it to come up.

How does this site look on a mobile phone? I would assume everything but the forum looks pretty horrific.

Large forum programs, such as this one, usually have a PDA display mode.  The site may need an addon to do it, but I have seen such things before.  Perhaps TraderJake can shed some more light on the issue.

And if it's a PDA, then shouldn't you be able to bring up a soft keyboard?

Yes, this forum broadcasts in WAP, but I don't know if this template is very WAP friendly since it include the RF Generation template. The default template that isn't the RFG default should look wonderful in WAP.

I have blue tooth capabilities, so I hope so. I may have to ask someone, thanks for the idea.

Gimme the make and model of the phone as well as what service you use and I can get the info to tell you where the underscore is.  Don't forget.  I work for a cell phone company :-P

I'm using a T-mobile SDS. I finally found out how to do it. You have to press the asterix key several times, then it will give you the option.

I'm going to be buying a Blackberry very shortly.

Thanks.

Glad you got it working!  I view my collection on the site all the time on my PDA phone (currently using a old Samsung 330 cause my Treo 650 died, Sprint claimed it was water damaged which seems unlikely since I never got it wet Sad )  I love having my collection available while I am shopping the thrifts, I always know what I need!!

The pages are clean and very nice looking. I still haven't gotten my Blackberry, but plan on doing so very soon. I hate that you cannot  copy and paste on a phone, that would come in very handy on the road. =)
