Forgot I posted this.  I've been playing a ton of arcade beat 'em ups with my friends on my RetroPie and this was a pretty enjoyable one we came across.  It was made by a company called Unico.

The Legend of Silkroad is correct!

I haven't played Age of Heroes yet.  I can't get it to run on my RetroPie for some reason, but it works on my PC, so we'll probably try it out sooner or later.
