Does any place sell original boxes for the NES, Genesis, or SNES games?

I have a lot games without a box or just a generic plastic case and would like to buy the original box to display them in.

I have quite a few i haven't listed on my eBay shop yet. Mainly PAL titles.
Your best bet is to write up a list in the buying and selling forum

Yeah, I have quite a few as well, listed in my "For Sale/Trade" folder that I can part with. I don't have the card board inserts though.

They don't really have alot and they are going out of business.

Not really surprising though. I remember posting about this site years ago.

Ebay

I was going to say this as well.  That is probably your best stop for boxes and manuals only.

If not them, Digital Press has an ongoing "orphans" thread in the buying and selling forum taht has various users selling off thier spares.

eBay most definitely. I've found many a box and manual from there. Your best bet would be to just search the game and add "box" or something to the end.

There's a local store in my town that sells both boxes and manuals on eBay.  Check for the store called "Video Game Exchange" there.

This guy has a bunch of cheap stuff, and he's good to work with.  I've never bought orphan box/manuals off him but he claims to have a lot.
