I live near the lake(s), about 10 mins to Lake Ontario and maybe 25 mins to Lake Erie. But no such snow here, we have had about 2 feet in the past 2 weeks. On my way in to work this morning the thermometer in my car said 41 so most of that will be gone by the time I get home tonight. The big snow is the other end of Lake Ontario around Oswego, NY (about 2-1/2 to 3 hours from here). They have been getting pounded!!

Having to dig your way out of the house has to suck. The weight of that snow has had to cause big problems for any marinas in the area. A bunch of sunken boats is not a pretty sight.
