The bloated wall wart for the Colecovision can be a real pain. It's so heavy that it unplugs itself when it's put on the end of a power strip. Now I just use a normal extension cord specifically to plug in all of my consoles. (Not all at once, obviously  razz  ) It's just so much easier to let the ac adapter rest on the floor.

Cool, I do the same.  I leave the end of my (two) power strips open for these.  I'm screwed though if I get a Sega CD.  The Genesis/32x already has two power adapters, and the Sega CD takes a third!

Heh heh, I'm already there.   Grin It is a royal pain. I have to use two extension cords to be able to plug in all three adapters. I plug in one on each side of the first cord then squeeze in the plug for the second cord so I can attach the third wall wart in the second extension. I wonder who was the engineering wizard that overlooked how much of a problem plugging in three big Sega ac adapters would be.    Roll Eyes

Maybe they could just get an internal power supply like on the PS3.

Or like the original Xbox.
