Among the worst Ive seen is last year in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Mickeys USA Speedway for the N64 was marked used at $54.95!!  I thought it was a pricing error, but nope, the computer said it was right!!

The Pawn America in my area must have revised their pricing strategy, because they now don't have a single NES game for less than $10. I don't remember many specifically, but they wanted $20 for SMB 2 and 3, and $15 for a light gun. $15 for a light gun!!!

The PS1 Final Fantasy games aren't too bad here, outside of FFVII, which pretty regularly sells for $40-$50. It also sells for that much on eBay these days, even for the Greatest Hits version. Kinda makes me upset that I gave my GH version to a friend for free because I also have the original. Oh well. They other FF PS1 games are somewhere around $20, which is reasonable.

Either some one hacked into that person's account and thought that it'd be a real hoot to list something like that plus incur one hell of a huge listing fee or the actual seller is a complete and utter moron.  stick

Ebay offers set list fees deals all the time. So they could have done that for 20 cents or so.

Ah, so it's probably just the actual seller being a wise ass then. Maybe he figures it's a lot like playing the lottery, there's a one in a zillion chance some rich idiot will actually buy it.

It's more likely for good publicity for their exactly identical other auction at a lower price.

Interesting. I didn't notice that. Wonder what Ebay would think of that sort of marketing ploy.
