HEY NOW!

You know the drill by now: if I'm posting here, it's an even-money bet I'm disclosing some sort of Skylanders sale and/or promotion. And this post is no exception. Today, I have two promos to announce.

The first one is in Target's holiday toy catalog, which arrived on my doorstep earlier today:

All items in the catalog ship for no extra charge in the continental U.S. if you order them through Target.com.

Also, you'll find a coupon for $5 off any Skylanders item priced $24.99 or more:

Oh yeah, they have the same coupon deal for D*sn*y Inf*n*ty... but who cares about that lame cr*p. Just use the $5 off of an $19.99 or higher Nerf item, instead. You'll thank me some day.

UPDATE: The Skylanders coupon is valid only in Target stores. The Disney InfinITy coupon, however, is also valid at Target.com, using promo code TGDNQR27.

All coupons and free shipping offer are valid through November 27th.

I also got the Toys R Us holiday wish book, which was covered in a super-awesome-neato Skylanders Swap Force figure checklist mini-poster thingy.

This catalog announces the releases of three exclusive figures (including two Legendaries), one for each week starting November 3rd.

- Legendary Zoo Lou- Nov. 3

- Legendary Night Shift- Nov. 10

- Dino-Rang- Nov. 17

All right, back to you.

Somehow managed to miss the opening of the new Humble Bundle: The Humble WB Bundle.  Doesn't appear to be any soundtracks with this one, but whatever. The six games are:

1. Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition
2. F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin
3. F.E.A.R. 3
4. Lord of the Rings: War in the North
5. Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition (Beat the Average)
6. Scribblenauts Unlimited (Beat the Average)

Same rules as normal apply.  Pay a minimum of $1 USD and get a Steam key for the first four games, pay more than the average (currently $4.51 USD) and get Steam keys for all of the games.  Usually during the last few days more games are unlocked in the beat the average category, with are also retroactive to people who have already paid more than the current average.

Here's hoping that one of those games will be Lego Marvel Super Heroes!

I bought it. It was the Batman games and War in the North.

The DRM-Free Fall Insomnia Sale on GoG is...  exhausting.  Just go there and watch it.  Awesome sales in limited quantities, and every now and then a free game pops up.  This is just plain nuts.  I have to take my daughter up for a bath and my laptop is coming with me.  I have no idea how I'm going to get her ready for bed and watch the sale at the same time.

That is just plain nuts.

They had Miasma free, maybe 40 copies.  The page barely had time to load before it went to the next one.

I think this is a great idea to get people to the site but it is just too hard to get some titles.  Plus it's a little ridiculous that the games only appear once.

UPDATE:  Apparently the games will appear exactly twice.  Once it says "Last Chance" under the title it won't appear again.

The Real Texas on GoG is $2.99.  Can't last more than a few minutes.

For all you Wing Commander fans, GoG has recently announced the complete series is now available.  To kick it off, they are having a Wing Commander 50% off sale.  You can get all 8 games for $23.92.  As of right now (7:34am EST) there are a little more than 22 hours left on the clock.
