Dolph Lunderen? But have you ever seen Black Jack? Worth a watch for sheer
stupidity. He plays a bodygaurd who develops a phobia of the color white. So, of
course one of the big fights happens in... A MILK FACTORY!!!

Another pretty cool 80's action gem is
Split Second
. Probably no one here has seen it. It's kind of obscure. It's cool though. It has Rutger Hauer facing off against a monster which lives in the sewers and rips people's hearts out. The monster turns out to be the devil, and there is an ultimate showdown in the subway. Think
I Come in Peace
meets
End of Days
.

Just saw Conan the Barbarian today, and it was pretty good. Parts were awesome, but other parts were rather dull, which isn't what I expected from this movie. Have any of you seen Conan the Destroyer? Is it worth seeing?

Conan the Destroyer is terrible terrible. The studio kind of took over on that one. Still love the original, especially the end.

I disagree. Conan the Destroyer, while stupid at times, is an incredibly entertaining film. You can't beat the part at the end when Conan is riding on the giant demon's head.

I think at the end of Conan the Barbarian they show him sitting on a throne as the credits roll, but that may have just been the old king. One way or another is says something to the effect of "Conan eventually became king by his own hand, but that is for another tale....." thus setting up the sequel.

if you look up conan the destoyer on IMDB and chech the boards for that movie seems that most fans are pretty pissed that the end of the film shows him as a king... interesting.

They show him on the throne at the end of both. They were talking about actually making that movie but of course Arnold had to go and become a governor.

Commando was a fantastic, manly film. My only complaint was that Ahnuld should have been rescuing a pretty lady and not some fugly 11 year old.
