A LITTLE LATE, AND I FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS BEFORE WE HAD A FRONT PAGE THEME FOR IT, BUT ZOMBIE GENERATION IS LIVE (AT LEAST FOR THE FORUM).
A little late? It's the first of November here in the UK. Tongue

The white background hurts my eyes, so I'm loving this.

Halloween is fun:

In another note, the Destiny Expansion Pack details were announced for December, and this was just revealed:

Loved it.

Fine...changing it now. Ctrl + F5 if it doesn't update the graphics on the front page.

A few days ago I bought this:

Original post

It seems the problem it had was that the internal battery had corroded. Some of the button contacts were bridged with corrosion.
I managed to clear most of the corrosion, so now it's not beeping at me all the time. Cheesy
I had to remove the battery, resulting in this becoming a "plugged in only" device. Undecided

Unfortunately, two of the buttons don't work, even after repeated cleaning: Q and Z. :'(
Q doubles as 1 and Z doubles as ".
I think the corrosion has eaten the traces away. Makes entering the date impossible.

Are you going to switch to a Christmas theme already?  Christmas commercials are already running rampant

The house got broken into earlier today while I was out running errands and thrifting. Looked to be a quick in-and-out which left a fairly big mess. Some sets of antique flatware and a fair deal of my late mom's jewelry were pretty much all that was taken. A county sheriff deputy came around about  a half hour after the call was made. Apparently there's been a run of these quickie daylight burglaries in the area lately; the deputy who arrived to check out the scene had just come from one, and was called to yet another after asking for details and processing the scene.

I'm presently doing an inventory of the goods that i know for certain were stolen. I'd taken pics of the flatware many years back, so I can use that to compare with what's left. It's mom's old jewelry that's the big bummer, as I don't have any concrete documentation of that.

Damn.....There's nothing funny about that.  That's a big bummer man I'm sorry you got targeted by those animals.

Edit: deleted video.  Didn't wanna poke the bear.

I've been trying to rid myself of the silly and unpronounceable 'InvadErGII' name that I use in a lot of places, so I changed my display name. Does this make me new again?

No, it makes you into an honorary Leon. Speaking of, where has that man been? Lots of people ghosting lately.
