I'm going to add this controller to the databse but I don't know what it's called. I know there's a very similar black one for the PS2 called the Joytech NEO XS but this is for the PS1. There aren't any part numbers on it.

Edit: The correct answer is the Joytech Mini Analog Jolt Controller. I found it by looking on Amazon, of all places.
