I have the game Rambo: first blood pt. II for sega master system.  The problem is, is that the case says rambo: first blood part II, but the cartridge just says "Rambo".  can someone please help me here?  I need to know if I have the correct game.  I got this for $.99 at goodwill, I dont actually have a SMS  slick

Well, our database shows exactly what you describe and there is no Rambo 1 for SMS (just 2 and 3), so I'd say you have the right game.
