I have the game tank battalion on my mame cabinet, and I find it awesome.  according to wikipedia, the game was ported to the NES and gameboy under the name "battle city".  I looked for it on ebay and can't seem to find it.  does anyone know how this is worth?

Digital Press says it was only released in Brazil and Japan. The Brazil is worth $5, the Japan isn't listed.

ah, I see that now, I should have looked. I had checked gamefaqs, and it just said "NES", and I assumed it would have said FAM as it usually does for famicom if it was japan only.

Yeah, it's one of the most common games found on bootleg carts/multis, so if you pick up just about any NES or Famicom multicart, it'll likely have that game on it.  The game was also developed separately by the unlicensed company NTDEC/Caltron and published by Gluk Video under the name Tanque (Tank) for the Nintendo NES.  That one's really tough to find tho but has better graphics and gameplay IMO than the Famicom release.
