Seems like I called their 'hotline' about this months ago, and was told that I would be receiving an email with further instructions. That email hasn't come and I haven't heard anything else about this since then.

Anyone else know what's going on with these? Is it possible that they just got my email wrong?

They should have sent you a big envelope with a prepaid envelope to return the disk in, if they have not done that then try again.
