It's too bad they didn't take care of the car. The paint job looks quite nice in the old pictures, but it looks terrible in the current pictures.
Still, $500 isn't a bad price. Looks like it would make a decent demo-derby car, though.

Put it on eBay motors as an auction i bet they could have gotten more.
I am sure their is some collector out there who would love to say they own the car that was featured in Nintendo Power.
