We don't have tolls here.  We had one toll bridge here by Astoria (I think) but they stopped the toll a while ago.

That's one heck of a thin bridge deck, I don't really see how those fence walls are supposed to to dissipate the wind load exerted on the system. Perhaps those fences have such a weight so that it counter balances the wind load that would try to create torosion (undulation).  But I digress, what can I say I am a civil engineering major.

The bridge itself looks awesome, I really like the modern look of cable stay bridges, and boy is that thing long, it makes me wonder why they chose a cable stay design over a suspension.
