I've been alternating between the latest season of Air Disasters and the anime Armored Fleet Dairugger XV (AKA Vehicle Force Voltron) on YouTube.

I finished my annual rewatch of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (all 7 seasons) a couple days ago, so I'll probably go back to The Mandalorian and catch up on that. I might also try and sneak in my usual annual rewatch of the original V saga (both miniseries and the TV series) before the 1st of January as well...

I recently discovered noted YouTuber Ryan George's movie & TV show Pitch Meeting segments on Screen Rants' YouTube channel... and watched each & every one of the freakin' things. I thought it would be a real slog, but it turned out to be super easy, barely an inconvenience... and pretty danged entertaining, too. And pretty danged entertaining things are tight! I don't think I've ever been so amused by sketches featuring a man basically talking to himself all the time...

The man also has his own channel, featuring more self-interactive sketches:

Been watching The Mandalorian. So far, it's pretty good, and I'm 5 episodes in.

Hey now,

Re-watched the original Robocop a couple nights ago. Still jarring.

Was it the R-rated theatrical release, or the unrated cut with just a smidge more of the deplorable ultraviolence that Verhoeven is infamous for? If it's the former... how about you man up, you soy-boy beta-cuck!

Speaking of unedited presentations: I discovered that someone on YouTube has uploaded all 26 episodes of the original Space Battleship Yamato series' first season, complete with subtitles!

Needless to say, I'm diggin' right in!

I think it's the standard R-rated version, because that's the DVD copy I found at Goodwill for cheap  Grin

Hey, at least it wasn't the bland, lifeless remake, that took Verhoeven's vision and polished it to a spit-shine, so it had no soul.
