GP32 game sounds like it'd be interesting.

It's a cool little fighting game--vibrant colors and characters.  The game play suffers somewhat from a slower frame-rate and lack of a save feature, but impressive for what is and packaging for GP32 games is damn cool, reminiscent of North American NGPC games.

That's not bad at all. Is that water damage, or just staining?

Seems to me like staining of some sort, although there's no textural damage.

Are we speaking solely about Nuclear Strike?
I do have a CIB GP32 Blu, which is the last and best model they made. I'm probably willing to let it go, considering I do have another unit--albeit, an inferior one.
