Target doesn't have a full-on grocery store but the rest of the merchandise selection is fairly similar.

Target Greatlands do don't they?

And meijer is based in Grand Rapids, MI so its kinda a Michigan and surround states thing. ;-)

True, but Meijer stores are mostly in Indiana and the surrounding states.  So Meijer may be based in Michigan, but geographically it's centered in Indiana.  At least I'm pretty sure of that.  I watched a whole video on it in my training, so I should know this stuff, but I doubt I do.

I was watching History Channel ealier and learned that the NAZIs had a stealth bomber and where working on one that would be able to fly to NYC drop a nuke and fly safetly back to germany.
Good thing we kicked there asses before that happened.

But they said that The NAZI's spent less manpower working on the Nuke because they figured the war would be over before they wouldnot have to use the nuke for its original purpose.

They where only half right Smiley

From what I remember, the German stealth plane was not nearly as good as the stealth planes we have today.  Its radar signiture was reduced from that of a normal plane, but was not invisible, especially to the newer radar systems that were coming out.   What is more shocking is the bomber.  But there was little they could have done with that bomber, as it couldn't have reached much farther inland than NYC (remember though, they would have been coming from the NW, so Maine, Mass and a few other states could have been targets.)

And the man who proved the atomic bomb could work was German, but he left the country to come to America. :-)

He left germany because he was related to (i don't think he was...) jews.
And he married his cousin and passed up the chance to be the prime minister (or whatever they called it) of Isreal.

But back to the bomber.
It was left sitting in an AeroSpace museum hidden for 40 years and then they took alot of the ideas from that and put them into the B2 Stealth Bomber.

The bomber that was going to come to the US never got finished but its name was something along the line of American Destroyer although.

But after i heard about the NAZIs just stumbling across stealth technology 50ish years before it was made public to the general population i was pretty startled.

They really discovered and created a bunch of things that helped to advance society today (for better or worse) but the way they went about it was definately the worse route.
I am always amazed at the stuff i hear about WW2 technology and other stuff from that time period.

I've been asked to move out this fall with a couple of my friends a couple of days ago.  Damn apartments around here are expensive.  The average rent is between $800 and $1000 a month.

Crybaby, when I was young we paid $10,000 a month for an apartment that was smaller than a restroom and we had to use it with 16 other people. We all slept standing and balanced the children on our heads. But we were darn happy, because there are plenty of people without a roof over their head!

Well it is a coastal state and its going to be split three ways so it's only going to be somewhere around 250 or 300 dollars depending on where we end up moving in.

So do I.  It happened to my older brother, with both his rooms mates. Only one of them actually paid him back.

why the rush to move out? I stayed home through college and built up a nice bank account. once I was financially sound I moved out. No pressure of living paycheck to paycheck to make rent.

Though I do admit there were times I wished I'd got out on my own sooner.

Good Luck man!

I thought about doing that, but I'm kind of tired of having to ask my mommy if its OK if I stay out past midnight, or if I go see a movie.  I really need to get out of here (both the house and the town).  Although I haven't even mentioned moving out yet.

On another note, I'm going camping for the first time in about 13 or so years with Phia and her family this Friday.
