All right, it's the 20th CollectorCast on the 10th anniversary of RF Gen!

Coincidence? Yeah, pretty much.

Speaking of snow we just got about 11 inches yesterday and our town still didn't completely close down.

I miss the snarky cynicism of one Crabmaster.....

But the silky smooth golden pipes of Mono Nanners is very welcome Smiley Smiley Smiley

Great episode guys.  By the way,  is there an rfgen collectorcast drinking game yet?

Ha, ha! Silky smooth golden pipes indeed. It was fun, but I'm no Crabmaster. Thanks for having me guys.

RFGen Drinking Game Rules:
1. If the episode is over 5 hours long - take a starter shot
2. Every time someone mentions disdain for the 32X - take a shot
3. Every time Crabby groans about Super Metroid - take a shot
4. Every time Bil goes on a non-video game tangent - take a shot
5. Every time Duke's NES fanboyism rears its loopy head - take a shot
6. When Banana gets made fun of for spelling errors - take a shot
Small Scores Lightning Round
- When someone scores a NES game take a shot

Your avatar and the rules for the drinking game make a sick sort of sense. Not enough shots, though.

I had recently gotten hooked on the Atari 2600. The system is way before my time though (I was born in '91). So I never had this system growing up. Even with all the other consoles I have I have gotten hooked on this system. Simple, yet fun.

I'm actually very curious about the sword quest series. I have not heard anything really good about it but the fact that the game coincides with a comic book released by DC comics, and that comic book helps solve the puzzles in the game, really intrigues me and I want to check it out. Tons and tons of games to try.

The bad news is... I'm into box collecting now. About 2 weeks before this episode released I decided I wanted my atari collection to be CIB. At least its one of the cheap(er) systems to do that for.

You don't know how expensive CIB collections for Atari 2600 get... Roll Eyes
The lower tiers are cheap, but you start hitting the ceiling for prices quickly once you get to R5 and higher.

I had a loose Atari game that was 100-150 bucks. The same game complete went for $1100.00.
