I remember back in the mid-'90s, the WWF did these shorts that goofed on Ted Turner's WCW's acquisition of the "broken-down has-beens" Hulk Hogan and "Macho Man" Randy Savage, who were referred to as The Huckster and The Nacho Man.






BTW the commercial you were thinking of was most likely this spot for Old El Paso salsa:






When I first saw this ad, I briefly thought it tied into the aforementioned "Nacho Man" parody character somehow.


ANYway, Old El Paso did another disco-era parody called...
