Yeah, and I'm like Rich in that I'm bumping back and forth between town and dungeon a lot when I get filled up on unidentified items. The town portal scrolls are actually more plentiful than I thought they'd be. I haven't bought a single one yet.

Bil, as you go further down, your gold drop amounts increase. $200 is nothing.

I started a second playthrough last night with the rogue. I worked my way down to level four and finished the butcher and poisoned well quests. Anyone braving a wizard playthrough?

I assume people already know this but if you hold down the shift key while firing with the Rogue and wizard your character will remain stationary and not accidentally move around the level.

@singlebanana: Gold is a minor annoyance.  I wish it had its own place and didn't take up an inventory spot.

Meh, very minor. I just make it rain in town. That's a really honest place. Smiley.  However you bring up a good point and I think the game would at least make more sense if there was some sort of town storage center, like your residence or a bank.

@singlebanana: In each hub in Diablo 3 there's a chest where you can store a limited number of items. I don't remember if something similar was in Diablo 2.

I didn't know that but it's good to know since I just started a Rogue playthrough.   Smiley
