I got them used for £8 each.

They are pretty good, for the most part uncut with decent picture and sound (DTS!). A couple of the films are still slightly cut (Last House on the Left and I Spit on Your Grave) which is a shame and kinda defeats the point of having a box of newly un-banned video nasties  Roll Eyes

More shopping today to celebrate achieving gainful employment:

Azumi
Azumi 2
A Bug's Life
King Kong (SE)
National Treasure 2
Platoon

Utterly fantastic film.  If you haven't seen it before, stop whatever you are doing and watch it immediately.  Then possibly watch it again!

I've seen it before but couldn't find the DVD anywhere. I was extremely elated when I got it for my birthday... especially since it was the ultimate collectors edition that I didn't even know existed. Now I just need the rest of the Vengence trilogy.

All three films are great. I got the Deluxe trilogy boxset that comes in a big Oldboy-style purple box with a big heavy hammer (!) and the fade-to-white version of Lady Vengeance. Simply fantastic, especially since I grabbed it for under £20 during a HMV sale back in the days of yore.
