I need to start running again. I can't wait for spring though, 'cause I love riding my bike. I would clock on an average summer day 4 - 15 miles on my bike.

I play floor hockey 1x/week and usually get in a workout video (Abs of Steel) in 1x/week.

I know I need to exercise more often. Just tough to find the time. Tongue

Same here.
You can really feel the difference in your performance depending on how much you smoke.

I have tried to quit and even if just for a few days you just feel healthier.

Then why don't you quit for good?

It always sounds that easy doesn't it?
If it was that easy though then it wouldn't be an addiction.

I guess so. If you really wanted to quit, I think you could. It would save you a great deal of money. Smiley

But I guess I don't know, I have never smoked in my life.

At almost 7$s a pack per day i could really save alot of money.
Trust me i have figured it the amount i am spending on more than one occasion.
I have cut that cost in half though since now i'm not buying to packs every day. I have both me an Aubrey sharing a pack and lasting around 36-48 hours.

When i was in Texas and working as a plumber i was up to 2 or sometimes 3 packs a day.

That's an aweful lot of cigarettes. Were you lighting one up every 5min or something? Undecided

$7 * 365 = $2,555

I was hitting the gym every night over the past 3 months, but the last 2 weeks I've been lazy. I still do exercise in the mornings which is mandatory in the Army.
