lol

hey there tsnakes68!  (the 68 should have given it away)

my team name in the keeper league I've been in for like 12 years is the Trousersnakes.

and in keeping with the male genitalia related team name some others I've used in various leagues:

Little Purple Helmets
Throbbing Shafts
Muscle of Love
Duck Butter

and of course...

Hey I just noticed that not only is J. Lewis suspended and I have no wide receivers, but both of my kickers have a bye this week.  Yippie.

I think Lewis is still playing this week though. I looked at your roster and yeah, the draft didn't go to well for you. Still, there's plenty of good players available though that won't help you this week. With only 6 teams all our rosters should be stacked, comb that waiver wire there are some good guys to be had.

this abbreviated season will give everyone who's never done this before a chance to get a feel for it. next year we can be better prepared.

We can always do a fantasy basketball or something when that comes along.  I've never watched an NBA game in my life, but I'd sign up for it anyway.  Hopefully then we won't be getting it all together on such short notice.

I've done fantasy NBA before. it's a bit more time consuming to manage your team. since the games are all week you have to change your lineup everyday. I've also done hockey and baseball and it's the same deal.

the beauty of fantasy football is all the games are Sunday/Monday (with the occasional Thursday or Saturday) so you only need to make one lineup change a week.

I'm up for fantasy NBA though, let's do it. too bad we can't do hockey, fucking NHL labor dispute.

so are we electing Shady as the official RFGen fantasy sports commisioner?

I'm a go for  fantasy basketball.  I call dibs on Carmelo Anthony A.K.A. the player we should of drafted instead of Darko "hunk of shit" Milicic

Well, you kicked my ass this week.  Next week I'm up against Den, so it looks like I'm going to be starting 0-2 at least.

You were 3 players short and i beat you by 12. Seriously think about what i said. I have to check out most of my line up to see if i am going to can anyone(once i figure out how to get rid of them and add someone else) The only guy i know for sure im not getting rid of is Preist Holmes.

there's still some solid fantasy guys on the waiver wire.

QB: Jake Delhomme, David Carr, Jake Plummer, Drew Brees

RB: Duce Staley. Warrick Dunn, Tiki Barber

WR: Koren Robinson, Laverneus Coles, Jimmy Smith, Rod Smith

sure all the Priest Holmes and Terrel Owens are gone but there are still some point getters up for grabs.

hey that s fine.  but instead of NBA, is there a fantasy league for college basketball?  they dont have as many games each week and it seems like it would be easier.

if not i'm in for the NBA league.  i dont have a problem with setting it up either.
