Roethlisberger is sooooo good.  6-0 as a rookie starter, something like 70% pass completion, beat two undefeated teams in consecutive weeks.....  It's just unreal.  I was really bummed the game wasn't on here in Cincy, because it would have been a lot of fun to watch him beat the Eagles.

As for the Bengals, - good win, and they have some good stuff to build on.  However, they have to do it again each week, rather than pulling off a win like they did against Denver and then beating themselves like they did against the Titans last week.  I think they've got a lot starting to go for them, and they are certainly a lot more fun to watch than they used to be (even with the poor record), but there's still a long road ahead.

Damn, I thought they had this game.  They looked so good in the first half, and then it was all downhill in the second half.  Oh well, there is always next year.

4 points, but both of them had awful weeks.  I could have put Carr in and had more than either Farve or Roethlisberger.  Of course I also had Driver (GB) on my bench who scored something like 14 points.  I think the two WR's I had in didn't score that many points combined.  Den might get his seventh straight win this week.  Vinatieri and the NE defense could very well do it.

As for the Bengals, Palmer did indeed kill the game.  He gave up one point less than the entire defense combined.  The defense played an amazing game, but it's too bad they came up short.  ther than Chad Johnson and Jerome Bettis, the entire game was all defense, for both teams.

Well, they did win two in a row before this, did they not?

It wasn't for me.  Of course I'm glad they put all those points on the board and very very glad to see them beat Cleveland, BUT there's no excuse for the defense giving up alomost 50 points.  That's ridiculous.  Palmer's three interceptions didn't help things either.  On the one hand he had a career day, but on the other he kept giving Cleveland free points.  I'm very happy they won, but rather disgusted at how some of the team played.

that looked like a college game to me. though I did get a crapload of points from Rudi Johnson in one of my fantasy leagues so I'm not complaining.

That was probably his best game of the season.  He hasn't done that well since probably last year's 49er's game.
