High today of 76°F, which should beat the record high today set in 1935 of 73°F. Average high for this day is 46°F. Its been like this for a week now, and should be for another week. I've actually seen people cutting grass already.

Broke another record high today, was 74, hit 81 today. Tomorrow looks the same with the old record being 70 and forecasted high of 81.
I sure hope we're not breaking records like this come June, July and August.

Who turned off the heat? It went from mid-80's to 50's yesterday and today. And there's a freeze warning tonight. If this freeze is hard tonight, its going to be brutal for all the fruit trees with blossoms already.

Currently 53 and raining, no wind. Typical Oregon.

I am greatly amused that you are gone for years and come back to bump a thread that hasn't been used in even more years,

bravo!

High 64F/Low 34F Clear skies in Denver, CO.

We have seen measurable snow only once this year so far. 2 inches and it melted completely before the sun went down that day.

The mountains and ski resorts are averaging between 16% and 39% of the expected snowpack for the season to date. The most snow that has fallen in any of them has been 16.9 inches, and the expected for the season thus far should be 51.4 inches in that same one for reference.

It has been a very dry year for us, but that seems to be the going trend as I haven't seen a good snowstorm in over 15 years.

Not greatly different in Spokane. 42 and raining. But its has been warmer the last week or two. There was a week or 2 it was in the 20s and 10s. Also no snow in a week or so I guess.

Many people have a misconception that Washington as a whole is rainy and mild temperatures throughout. Spokane gets colder and much much more snow than Seattle but gets much less rain and gets a decent bit warmer in the summer. So more extremes, worse winters but also better if you like warm summers. Although that also means it can get more uncomfortably hot than Seattle as well.

Yes I am up at 3 Am.  Wink

One of my uncles actually works in Oregon, I think its Corvallis or something. He drives home every weekend and lives north of here like 20-25 miles on a farm type property with horses and stuff. I/this branch of the family kind of doesn't get along with his wife so we don't talk to them much at all anymore but I still keep him in mind when I hear the roads are bad and stuff.
