These 3 PS3 games are not showing up in the North America collection checklist.
I was told its something about being coded as United States when it should be North America (region free).
Thank you

Thanks Raidou, kept saying the game already existed for the region and platform. Maybe I wasn't doing something right. Thank you!

Another Nintendo Wii game not showing up on North America List
The demo is on the list but not the actual official release.

Changed to NA(r).  Turns out that there's a 2nd variation without the TV episode: http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-132-S-11181-B

Were you adding it as a "new variation" or as a "new game"?

EDIT: Also changed the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection to NA(r).

I think I was doing it as a new game, which is my mistake right? A different region is just considered a variation right?

Different country/region = variation.

Thank you. When I think variant,I was just thinking variants within that country/region already entered, like oval seal/ round seal, greatest hits, things like that.
Understood now. Thanks Raidou

Not entirely accurate.  "Worldwide" is dead wrong, but GPS releases weren't limited to Spain / Portugal.

GPS coded products aren't exactly tied to a specific country, instead a GPS print run of 5000(?) was split up and issued to European distributors who wouldn't be able to shift a full print run, usually because they were catering to smaller markets (eg. Greece, Portugal, Italy).  But not always.  They are English language products sold in non-English speaking countries with a secondary manual in that country's native language (produced by distributor), and the box will have some form of stickerage to identify distributor or country.   For example, the Portuguese distributor, "Chaves, Feist & Co", would have a sticker on the back of the box with a Portuguese description covering the English and GiG (Italy) would have their logo.

The consequence of the above is that you cannot accurately identify the county of origin of a GPS-coded product by the base contents alone- you need either the secondary manual or a box WITH the distributor's stickers intact.  This can be a pain because you can often find CIB GPS-coded games on eBay that don't have stickers/secondary manuals because they wee found forgotten in some warehouse somewhere.  In these cases, the most accurate you can narrow down their region to is "Europe (Regionwide)".

Also, to anyone reading this: avoid using "Worldwide" for physical releases!
It's almost always wrong and cannot be easily fixed.

I'm not aware of Nintendo System, but I do have a portuguese manual of NES game (Tennis) made by "Chaves, Feist & Co" but don't know if they used in Portugal specific game codes like Ecofilmes did with SEGA games, besides the Portuguese Manual, Overview description... Should be created a variation of the same game for this 3 countries?

I don't know the best way to add "portuguese" Nintendo stuff in the DB.

About worldwide releases, there is one for mega drive that should be deleted, the Onslaught have US and Worldwide, but should have US and Euro.
