My name is a corruption of the drunk Russian stereotype DJ, Bumbatumba from Grand Theft Auto 2.  The name of the station was WKTBH "In Fantastic Medium Wave."  Man it's been a while since I thought about that.

There once was a man who played games
He couldn't think of any good names
He is not creative
He's uninventive
And so he settled with James

I don't remember what mine means. I've been kind of forgetful since I turned 44.

I sat blankly at my computer screen way back in the VGB days trying to think of a screen name.  Seriously for like 10 minutes.  Then I went with the name of a tequila, because why not.

I can't remember. Sad

It doesn't really mean anything, nor is it a part of my name or something like that. I guess it could be "Sir Gin" (as in Gin, the liquor) but I don't think I thought of that when typing in the name way back when.

Never heard of that in my life. Really.

Now I kind of want to change my name! Tongue

My handle comes from many hours in college of drunken Mario Kart 64 where my friends and I came to the realization that if you're in the lead, all you're gonna get is that damn single banana.

When I was in Jr High I misspelled Shinobi as Shoboni, it's never taken so I just keep using either Shoboni, or Shobonimaster for usernames.

I've mentioned it before, but Shobrony is the next logical step in your moniker's evolution...  Wink

A few weeks back I watched one of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic episodes and I don't understand it. Why is it popular?

My username is the name of the hero in the book series Warriors (well, the first series, before the authors decided they needed to make a million spin-offs), which is about tribal feral cats, that use the powers of their ancestors or something like that. I used it on the first two forums I joined and it stuck.
Of course, it wasn't until after I quit reading the series that people started to recognize my username.
