Since so many people are planning on flying in or driving long distance maybe trying to get a group rental price at a hotel wouldn't be a bad idea. Try and grab rooms in advance /a whole floor if we can pin down the exact number of people who are planning on attending.

I'm trying to sock away money to stay down for the weekend. Its only ~1.5 hour drive for me (i think) but if people are going to be there for a couple days i'd love to hang out play some games, eat some foods, maybe even do some hunting Cheesy

(Already planning on swapping my part time sunday night shift and depending on how the fulltime job is going i might take friday off)
