They have been posting tips and talking about the work that went into getting the game on floppy.
My favorite pic so far was a guy calibrating his gravis pad to play the game on his 486.
Very interesting tweaks, thanks for the link Smiley

Hi All,

Haven't posted my finds in a couple weeks. So here is what I got. I got a bunch of Sega Genesis Black Grid Games I need (Trying to Complete the set). Also got Hard Drivin and a nice copy of King of the Monsters.

Picked up Cobra Command cart, I think I am going to go for a Data East boxed set. Not sure yet. Also got the Orange Gamecube controller at the same place.

Picked up a Space Invaders which brings me to having half of the Atari 520 library.

I have also been going through my wishlist and picking up games I have listed there. One of those was Treasures of the Deep. Love the atmosphere of this game.

Also picked up Spyro the Dragon Collector's edition, probably will put it up for trade or sale. Don't need it.

Yesterday I made my way to PAX Prime and picked up a few goodies: Vault 111 T-Shirt, Nuka Cola Bottle Opener. Also picked up a cool Fluxx card game.

Oh, and I saw this while I was there:

@Fokakis79: That Dark Souls III display is amazing. Did you get to play it at all?

It really was, it was actually a fountain. Black Water was coming out of the dead creature. I did not get to play. The line was insane. I decided to do other stuff, because I only had one day to go.

I've been absent from Small Scores for a while.  Expo planning, new baby on the way (any day now), and craziness at work.  When it rains it pours.

My in laws made the drive up from Florida over the last 2 days and my father is law brought up his "video game closet" and gave all the stuff to me on the condition that it will stay in the family and be loved.  That shouldn't be a problem.   Everything in these pictures are the original systems and games that my father in law purchased when they were first released.

2 Atari 5200 systems with the boxed trackball.  He says he bought a second because the first stopped working so I'll practice my 5200 repair skills once I figure out which one needs them

Awesome

Sorry for the dark pic.  His Odyssey stuff was wrapped in plastic to prevent box wear, which is why everything was so well preserved:

He also kept a handful of the Odyssey Newsletters

And inside the Odyssey system box, we found...

And inside the SNES box we found:

and he must have been a Nintendo Power subscriber because:

Really excited to add a nice big lot to the collection/museum.  Really awesome to have some really great older stuff that you really dont see boxed very often.  Thanks again, Jim!

Were there receipts in any of those boxes?
