Hello. I recently traded someone online a Japanese Virtual Boy unit. I included a japanese adapter tab and a US SNES ac adapter.
Please note that I have had this system for two years, and I have played it several times within that time frame. I am 100% that I have never used batteries with the system. I always used an AC Adapter with it.
Now, I must have just thought I was using the SNES adapter, because when the user received the package they told me that the adapter did not fit into the tap. I did some searching around online and found that it was only the US VB adapter tap that was compatible with the SNES adapter - the japanese one does not work.
This is driving me freaking nuts. Again, I know that I used an adapter with the VB. Anyone know of another adapter that would fit the unit? The only one that comes to mind is the NES adapter, because I do have a few of those around and might have used it.
Any help is appreciated! I know someone around here has a Japanese VB, right?
